Philip Warrington (Principal Consultant)

Phil Warrington is a qualified engineer and has an MA from Leeds University Business School. He also holds the Institute of Industrial Managers Certificate and the Full Technological Certificate in Production Engineering.
He has worked from apprentice to Works Manager and promoted through Technical, Production, and Operations Directorships. He has worked for Staveley Industries, Bowers Group and Marthill Group.
In his early career, he won the British Apprentice of the Year Overseas Travel Award, enjoying a one-year working scholarship in Australia. Since then he has worked in Europe, Africa, America and Australia.
For the past twenty years he has concentrated on operational efficiencies through process improvement, management system advice and training services for a wide variety of operations. During the past 12 years this has included Government Departments, along with both manufacturing and service industries. He has presented papers in the UK and Europe on Management Systems.
He has specialist skills in re-arranging organisations and developing people to move towards World Class Performance.
