Eamon Hannaway
Eamon Hannaway has developed considerable business management experience
as a Business Excellence manager, Business Planner and Business Development
manager. He has an Army logistics background and has worked at MOD corporate
level in a senior capacity.
He has a MBA from the Cranfield School of Management, a
Diploma in Management Sciences and a Diploma in Accounting and Finance.
He has a number of years experience of assessing for the European Foundation
for Quality Management (EFQM) including at Senior Assessor level. This
experience includes assessments of 4 major European companies; 2 of these
were at Prize Winner level.
Eamon specialises in the development of business strategy, change management,
implementation of Business Excellence programmes, business planning and
performance management, project management, business process management/re-design
and knowledge management for both the public and private sector.
